COMPUTER TIPS
This is a question many tech support people will ask you if you contact them asking for help in getting access to a Windows 2000-based network.
In order to access networks, your computer has to have an identification name. In order to find out what this name is, and also to find out the name of the network you are connected to (if any), right-click on "My Computer". Choose "Properties". When the "System Properties" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Network Identification" tab.
